Litti chokha is a complete meal. It is a very popular in eastern UP, bihar and Jharkhand. It is quite similar to rajasthani bharti. It is a traditional dish  stuffed whole wheat dough balls. It is a stuffed with spice mixed of roasted gram flour or sattu. Chokha is made of bed brinjal and tomato wait chile and Ginger mustard oil adds a unique Aroma and flavour to this dish. This can be eaten as lunch and dinner.
